Penn is a New York based Creative/Art/Design Director. Having worked in China, Singapore, Sydney and now New York his creative excellence is recognized winning at Caples, Effies, ADC, One Show, D&AD, Cannes and other national and international awards.

​With design and art being his main craft, Penn is a truly entrepreneurial brand builder, with a cross-disciplinary range of work covering multiple industries. For over 15 years, Penn and his teams build and shape some of the most prominent Fortune 100 brands including Google, Spotify, Microsoft, Unilever, Warner Bros, Coca-Cola, Citibank, Tourism Australia, Qantas, Dove and mostly recently IBM, Mercedes-Benz and Meta/Facebook.

Penn lives in New York City with his family.
